We are looking for a passionate and driven Executive – Finance to join our dynamic commercial team in Karachi. If you have the experience, market insight, and ambition to build strong customer relationships and drive growth, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare refund of customer security deposit and other excess amounts based on requests received.
• Processing of refunds in the accounting / operating system and making online fund transfers after verification / adjustment of outstanding balance
• Maintain complete record of refunds from date of request receipt till refund with status
• Perform reconciliation of related security deposit and other refund ledgers in the accounting system
• Resolve customer queries related to security deposit and other refunds

Experience & Qualification:

• Bachelors from a reputable Business Institute.
• 1-3 years’ work experience with a minimum of 1 year in the Shipping Industry.
• Excellent communication and business writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Familiarity with internal systems like SAP .
