The Role

As a finance executive you will be integral part of finance team interacting with local and international colleagues. The role offers key opportunities not only to apply your financial acumen but also develop your professional competencies and soft skills for your career growth.

What we expect from you?

Job Description

• Vendors invoices and debit notes checking in SAP (Esker), SRB, PRA, & FBR related data for withholding income tax and Input tax adjustment for tax consultants.
• Understanding of taxation on supplier payments for proper recording of payable.
• Warranty/Goodwill calculations, documentation and recording.
• Recurring invoices tracking update to reduce invoices accruals, monthly invoices accrual for services received.
• Checking expenses for accurate recording and preparing DN's for Group in accounting software (SAP).
• Recording Journal Vouchers (e.g. lease, amortization, accruals & cost transfers)
• Bank reconciliation for bank accounts.
• Clearnace of GL's, w ithholding tax report, and tax payments.
• Balance sheet breakups for related GL's.
• To assist in external/internal audit in related areas
• To take initiative for process improvements and be part of team initiatives

To succeed, you'll need:

• Bachelor’s in commerce / BBA Hons (Finance & Accounting) / Masters in Commerce / MBA Finance / CA inter.
• Must have a mature conception of job and its criticality with at least 2-3 years of proven experience in Accounting & Finance with well reputed organization.
• Desirable knowledge of SAP.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated & ability to take full ownership of assigned tasks.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
