Job Purpose
To ensure accurate and timely execution of daily accounting operations, including banking, receivables, payables, vendor reconciliation, and inventory-related accounting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Banking & Cash Management
- Prepare and record BRVs & BPVs
- Process cheques with complete documentation
- Maintain daily bank position
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
2. Receivables Management
- Reconcile customer invoices against receipts
- Manage insurance & registration receivables
- Follow up on unidentified transactions
3. General Accounting
- Prepare Journal Vouchers (JVs)
- Handle month-end accruals
4. Payables, Vendor & Inventory Accounting
- Record vendor invoices
- Perform vendor reconciliations
- Ensure 3-way matching (Invoice, PO, GRN)
- Track inventory vs vendor invoices
- Manage sub-contractor accounts
5. Records & Tracking
- Maintain premium records
- Track vehicle sales under ATPL
- Manage SITE investment account
- Maintain unidentified transactions log
6. Petty Cash Management
- Record petty cash entries
- Ensure proper documentation
7. OEM Invoicing
- Handle OEM invoicing (PDI, Warranty, etc.)
KPIs
- Timely bank reconciliations
- Accuracy of financial entries
- Completeness of reports
- Reduction in unidentified transactions
- Vendor reconciliation accuracy
- Compliance with 3-way matching
- Follow-up on outstanding receivables
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
