Finance Internship – 3 Months

This internship offers a hands-on learning experience in financial operations and accounting. You will work closely with our finance team, gaining expertise in essential processes like bank reconciliations, financial reporting, payroll processing, and tax compliance.
What You’ll Learn & Work On:

• Bank Reconciliation – Monthly and every 10 days to ensure financial accuracy.
• Daily Sales Recording – Manage sales data for five locations.
• Payroll Processing – Assist in semi-monthly payroll management.
• Bonus Calculation & Processing – Monthly bonus computations and disbursement.
• Financial Reporting – Prepare key financial reports every 10 days.
• Cash Reconciliation – Manage and verify cash flow at month-end.
• Tax Preparations & Compliance Support – Assist in tax documentation and compliance.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable Management – Track invoices, payments, and collections.
• General Ledger Maintenance & Financial Audits – Ensure accurate bookkeeping and support audits.
• Other Finance-Related Tasks – Work on different finance and accounting projects as needed.
