1. Secretarial/ROC Support

Assist in preparing and organizing documents for Board and Committee meetings.
- Help maintain statutory registers, files, and digital records.
- Coordination with Secretarial Consultant for filing forms with MCA/ROC.
2. Legal Support
-
Coordinate the signing, scanning, and safe storage of contracts and legal documents.
- Maintain trackers for agreements, renewals, and expiry dates.
- Support in preparing basic drafts such as NDAs or letters (templates provided).
- Help liaise with law firms or external consultants as required.
3. Compliance Coordination
-
Follow up with internal teams for documents and information.
- Maintain compliance checklists and trackers.
- Assist in monitoring deadlines for filings and renewals.
- Co-Ordination for filing of monthly ECB 2 returns with RBI.
4. Finance Controlling Responsibilities
-
Assist in preparing Project P&L.
- Collation of data for Budgeting
- Preparing of monthly Actuals report.
5. Administrative Responsibilities
-
Handle general correspondence and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.
- Preparing and submitting Purchase Order for Finance team and maintain vendor tracker.
- Inter and Intra Departmental Co-Ordination
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education
-
Masters / Bachelors’ degree in Finance or commerce, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
-
0 – 3 years of experience in basic finance role (freshers can apply).
Technical Skills

Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Soft Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
