Key Responsibilities

• Secure competitive financing and leasing options for customers
• Present and explain financing options, extended service contracts, and other protection products.
• Ensure all deals are compliant with federal, state, and local laws as well as dealership policies.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks and lending institutions
• Maintain accurate documentation and funding processes
• Work closely with sales managers to finalize deals quickly and efficiently
• Structure deals to maximize profitability while keeping customers satisfied

Skills & Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred
• Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of dealership finance operations and compliance
• Sales experience in the automotive industry strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Ability to build rapport with customers and financial institution
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• High energy, driven, and goal-oriented mindset
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
