Finance Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Manage accounting operations, financial reporting, and cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth.
• Coordinate with operations, supply chain, and senior management for cost optimization and profitability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred).
• Proven experience in the F&B or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, reporting, and accounting systems.
• Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
