Job Title: Finance Manager – Real Estate
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager with a strong background in real estate finance. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of real estate experience, combined with solid expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and compliance. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to manage financial operations effectively to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning processes.
• Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements in compliance with regulations.
• Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and cost control measures.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, financial regulations, and company policies.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
• Collaborate with management and other departments to improve financial efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or professional certification preferred).
• 5–10 years of experience in finance management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the real estate sector (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in preparing financial statements and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Must be based in, or within a commutable distance to, Dubai, UAE.
