Key Responsibilities

· Oversee and manage the company’s overall financial health, ensuring alignment with business goals

· Manage all aspects of tax planning, compliance, and reporting corporate tax, VAT/GST, withholding tax, etc.

· Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across departments, ensuring accuracy and accountability

· Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with relevant accounting standards.

· Maintain and improve finance policies, procedures, and systems for efficiency and accuracy

· Analyze cost structures, pricing strategies, and operational expenditures to improve profitability

Required Skills and Qualifications

· Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

· In-depth knowledge of financial statements, Tax, and financial modeling.

· Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting, and best practices

· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
