We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented F&B Finance Manager to oversee all financial aspects of our Food & Beverage operations. The role involves financial planning, analysis, budgeting, reporting, and implementing strong internal controls to ensure profitability, compliance, and sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of hospitality/F&B finance, strong leadership skills, and the ability to partner with operations to drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for F&B operations.
Monitor daily revenue, cost of sales, labor costs, and operational expenses, providing variance analysis against budget/forecast.
Develop and maintain detailed P&L reports for each outlet/restaurant/bar within the group.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting in line with company policies and statutory requirements.
Lead the annual budgeting process for all F&B outlets.
Prepare rolling forecasts, cash flow projections, and break-even analyses.
Work closely with outlet managers and the operations team to align financial goals with business strategies.
Monitor food and beverage cost percentages, inventory levels, wastage, and yield management.
Review menu engineering reports and recommend pricing strategies to maximize margins.
Implement strict cost control procedures across procurement, production, and inventory management.
Ensure efficient labor scheduling in line with forecasted sales and productivity KPIs.
Establish and monitor financial policies, SOPs, and internal controls across all F&B operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, local tax laws, and relevant F&B regulations.
Oversee audits and liaise with external auditors, ensuring accuracy of financial data.
Collaborate with outlet managers, chefs, and procurement to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings.
Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions such as new outlet openings, menu development, and promotional activities.
Support management with feasibility studies and ROI analysis for new projects or investments.
Lead, train, and mentor finance and cost control staff within the F&B division.
Promote a culture of accountability, accuracy, and efficiency in financial operations.
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
· Qualification: ACCA/CA/CPA Qualified
· Experience: 3 years Audit Firm experience and 5 years’ experience in F&B sector
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
