Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations of our investment holding company and its subsidiaries. The Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in consolidating financial information, ensuring compliance, enhancing reporting systems, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills, as the Finance Manager will work closely with the CEO of the holding company and collaborate directly with executives of the subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the holding company and subsidiaries.
Consolidate and analyze financial statements for the group, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to strengthen governance and compliance.
Liaise with executive management teams of subsidiaries to provide financial guidance and align group-level financial strategies.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements for the holding company and subsidiaries.
Manage and process payroll for the holding company only (subsidiaries manage their own payroll independently).
Review and oversee statutory audits, tax filings, and compliance matters.
Provide financial insights and presentations to the CEO and Board, supporting key business decisions.
Identify areas for cost optimization, risk management, and performance improvement across the group.
Supervise, mentor, and manage the finance team to ensure professional growth, efficiency, and high performance.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred).
Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience as a Finance Manager, ideally in an investment holding company environment with exposure to multiple subsidiaries.
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a finance team.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo 18, Tally, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, dashboards, pivot tables) and strong presentation skills.
Solid understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting, and consolidation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to join immediately is highly preferred.
Desirable Attributes
Prior experience in corporate finance, investment evaluation, or M&A is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED40,000.00 per month
