Key Responsibilities:

● Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.

● Prepare, monitor, and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.

● Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax filings, and audit requirements.

● Implement internal financial controls, policies, and cost-saving strategies.

● Liaise with banks, vendors, and stakeholders for smooth financial management.

● Support senior leadership with MIS reports, cash flow planning, and financial analysis.

● Introduce digital tools/ERP modules to improve efficiency and accuracy in reporting.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

● Professional certifications (CA / ICWA / MBA Finance) preferred.

● 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in finance/accounts, preferably in construction, interiors, or project-based industries.

● Strong knowledge of MS Excel, and ERP systems.

● Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
