About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead the Finance Department of AKA Management Consultancy. The ideal candidate must be an ACCA Member or CA Inter, with at least 3 years of experience in the UAE. This role requires a proactive professional with strong financial management, reporting, and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations and ensure full compliance with UAE regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Finance Department.
• Monitor cash flow, fund management, and financial performance.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor finance team members.
• Support management with strategic financial planning and decision-making.

Requirements:

• ACCA Member or CA Inter qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years UAE experience in a finance/accounting leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
