Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager with strong UAE experience to oversee all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of UAE financial regulations, VAT laws, and corporate accounting standards, with proven experience in managing finance teams and preparing financial reports for management and auditors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws, corporate tax, and other regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and government authorities.
• Analyze financial data to provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Supervise accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
• Manage cash flow, fund flow, and working capital efficiently.
• Implement internal controls and financial policies to safeguard company assets.
• Support management in decision-making through financial modeling and analysis.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, procurement, sales, operations) to align financial goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (Master’s preferred).
• Professional qualification (CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA) preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of finance experience in the UAE; experience in retail, trading, or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong understanding of UAE VAT, corporate tax, and IFRS.
• Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or ERP systems.
