Finance Manager

As our Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, ensuring financial integrity, driving operational efficiency, and fostering a high-performance team. You will be the key point of contact for local regulatory compliance and will play a crucial role in our continued growth and success in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all branch operations, including finance, accounting, and administration.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch objectives and contribute to overall company goals.
• Ensure compliance with all UAE regulations, including IFRS, VAT, Corporate Tax, and other relevant laws.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing mentorship and guidance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
• Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 10-15 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with a strong focus on UAE operations.
• 7-8 years of proven leadership experience in branch management and operations management.
• Professional qualification: CA, ACCA, CMA, or Master’s degree in Finance.
• Extensive knowledge of IFRS, VAT, Corporate Tax, and other UAE regulations and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency.
