Hiring: FP&A Manager – Retail Industry | Bahrain

We’re looking for a seasoned FP&A Manager to join our dynamic team in Bahrain!

If you’re a finance leader with a passion for retail (Fashion/FMCG) and thrive on driving strategic decisions through data, this role is for you.

Your Impact:

✔ Own budgeting, forecasting, and MIS for a high-growth retail business.

✔ Deliver actionable insights through variance analysis and feasibility studies.

✔ Partner with CXOs and cross-functional teams to shape business strategy.

✔ Transform data into compelling executive-level presentations.

Ideal Profile:

✅ Qualification: CA / CMA / ACCA (or equivalent).

✅ Experience: 8+ years in FP&A, with a strong background in retail (Fashion/FMCG preferred).

✅ Skills: Advanced financial modelling, stakeholder management, and ERP tools (SAP/Oracle/Power BI).
