Job Title: Finance Manager

Immediate Visa Transfer & NOC Required

We’re looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to lead day-to-day financial operations and support strategic decision-making. This role is key to managing financial performance across our growing project-based carpentry and construction business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily finance functions including payroll, reconciliations, and fund planning
• Lead budgeting, cost tracking, and project-based financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with Qatari regulations and coordinate internal/external audits
• Drive ERP integration and improve financial systems and controls
• Support long-term planning, forecasting, and investment decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgets and business goals
• Manage finance team performance and foster a culture of accuracy and accountability

Requirements:

• 3+ years in financial management or accounting
• Strong ERP/system knowledge (QuickBooks, etc.)
• Experience in construction or project-based industries is a plus
• Immediate visa transfer and valid NOC required
