Primary Purpose of the Job:
Manages QatarEnergy local product sales and SEEF invoicing and collections and ensure sales are recorded and accounted with approved agreements & contracts.
Maintains optimum job workflow in product accounting financial business operations section under the guidance of Head & Accountants of the Section. Takes a lead role in providing ideas, findings & other information for improving current systems to enhance the efficiency & effectiveness of service delivery in the section.
Required Experience and Skills:
- 5 - 8 years’ experience in Accounting & Finance function with MS Office skills.

Preferably experience in Oil and Gas industry.

Good communication skills, good clerical skills and basic analytical accountancy skills.

Holder of this position should have minimum 3 years of experience within Sales & Receivables sections of QatarEnergy finance and he/she should have extensive knowledge of overall activities in Sales & Receivables section.

Contribute to the Development of Qatari Nationals assigned.

Interact with Assistant Manager & Head for issues of high importance relating to agreements & Management Accounting Reports relating to Sales & Receivables function.

Liaise with QatarEnergy Production, Logistics & Commercial departments (such as DL, Refinery, T&D, GP, OM, EPSA/DPSA Contractors, etc.) to obtain support services for smooth functioning of Sales & Receivables section.
Educational Qualifications:
- Diploma or Higher Degree in Commerce / Business / Accounting, preferably with CPA or CMA certification
