• Develop and oversee the company’s financial planning and budgeting processes.
• Create financial forecasts, risk analyses, and long-term business plans.
• Analyze market trends and economic conditions to support strategic decisions.

Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Budget Management

• Monitor departmental budgets and spending.
• Identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Support department heads in budget preparation and tracking.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

• Manage company cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity.
• Oversee banking relationships and optimize cash positions.
• Approve payments, transfers, and financial transactions.

Cost Control & Analysis

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
• Conduct financial analysis to guide operational decision-making.
• Track KPIs, financial performance metrics, and profitability.

Internal Controls & Compliance

• Develop and maintain internal financial controls and policies.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and audit requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.

Risk Management

• Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Evaluate insurance coverage, credit risk, and investment risks.
• Implement risk-management frameworks.

Team Leadership

• Supervise and mentor the accounting/finance team.
• Oversee training, task delegation, and performance evaluations.
• Promote adherence to best practices and ethical financial management.

Stakeholder Communication

• Provide financial insights to executives, board members, investors, and external partners.
• Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals.
• Serve as the financial point of contact for auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.

Systems & Process Improvement

• Implement financial management systems and software upgrades.
• Streamline financial processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Drive automation initiatives where appropriate.
