Finance Manager

Position: Finance Manager for Seafood Export Company located in West Wharf Karachi

We are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead our Accounts function and oversee export documentation activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and smooth coordination between finance and export operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of the Accounts team
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, taxation, and statutory compliance
• Monitor budgets, cash flows, and financial controls
• Review and oversee export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, LC compliance, and coordination with clearing agents and banks
• Ensure compliance with export regulations, company policies, and international trade requirements
• Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, banks, and external stakeholders
• Support management with financial analysis and decision-making

Requirements:

• Part qualified CA / CCA / CMA
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and reporting
• Practical understanding of export documentation and related financial processes
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
