Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to lead and manage the organization’s financial planning, reporting, and control functions. The ideal candidate will bring deep financial expertise, strong leadership skills, and strategic insight to support business growth and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, audits, and financial regulations

Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Provide strategic financial insights to senior management for decision-making

Coordinate with auditors, banks, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities

Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team

Eligibility & Qualifications

Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts

CA (Chartered Accountant) and/or MBA in Finance (mandatory)

Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial controls

Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills

Valid driving license (mandatory)

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and presentation skills

High level of integrity and professionalism

Ability to work independently and handle pressure
