Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure the company’s financial health. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee financial strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor financial performance and provide insights to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risks.
• Oversee tax planning, and audits, and liaise with external auditors.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional certification CPA, CFA, or ACCA is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of local and international financial regulations.
