Position Overview

We are seeking a high-performing, experienced Finance Manager (F&I Manager) to join our leadership team. This role is critical to the dealership’s success, responsible for delivering a seamless, transparent financing experience while driving profitability and ensuring strict compliance.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong leadership, and has a proven track record of performance in automotive finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Structure and finalize vehicle financing and lease options with customers
  • Present and sell finance and insurance products with professionalism and transparency
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders to secure competitive financing solutions
  • Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and dealership regulations
  • Partner closely with the sales team to ensure efficient deal flow and timely deliveries
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to maximize profitability
  • Maintain accurate deal documentation and ensure prompt contract funding
  • Train and support sales staff on F&I processes, product knowledge, and compliance standards

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of proven success as an F&I Manager in an automotive dealership
  • Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing structures, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to build trust quickly and deliver a high-level customer experience
  • Proficiency in CRM and DMS systems (VinSolutions, Dealertrack, etc. preferred)
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Pay: $109,325.00 - $189,215.00 per year
