<Responsibilities>

• Lead the preparation and interpretation of financial statements, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
• Oversee corporate accounting functions such as general ledger reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, cost accounting, and account analysis to maintain precise financial records.
• Manage treasury functions including cash flow analysis, investment management, and risk assessment to safeguard assets and optimize liquidity.
• Develop and implement budgeting processes, financial forecasting models, and strategic planning initiatives that align with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and governmental accounting standards while managing risk analysis and risk management strategies.
• Supervise financial software systems for bookkeeping, balance sheet reconciliation, and financial report writing to streamline operations.
• Lead internal teams in cost control efforts, revenue management (including ASC 606 revenue recognition standards), and cost management strategies to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business development initiatives, providing financial insights that support growth opportunities.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments related to financial concepts such as fiscal management, investment decisions, and regulatory compliance.

<Skills>

• Extensive knowledge of IAS (International Accounting Standards), IFRS, GAAP, and ASC 606 standards.
• Proven expertise in corporate finance, governmental accounting, non-profit accounting, and public accounting environments.
• Strong analytical skills in risk analysis, financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.
• Proficiency in financial software applications for general ledger accounting, account reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable management, and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Exceptional leadership abilities with experience in strategic planning and team management.
• Deep understanding of treasury management practices including cash flow analysis and investment oversight.
• Excellent communication skills for financial report writing and interpretation tailored for diverse audiences.
• Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments ensuring compliance management across multiple jurisdictions.
• Technical expertise in accrual accounting principles, revenue recognition standards (ASC 606), cost accounting techniques, and technical accounting practices.
