<Duties>

• Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies aligned with organizational goals, focusing on long-term growth and stability.
• Oversee all aspects of corporate accounting, including general ledger management, balance sheet reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, and cost control measures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and accounting standards such as IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition), and IAS (International Accounting Standards).
• Manage treasury functions including cash flow analysis, investment management, and risk assessment to optimize liquidity and fiscal health.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, interpret complex financial data, and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
• Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard organizational assets against financial uncertainties.
• Lead budgeting processes, forecasting activities, and cost management initiatives to support sustainable operational performance.
• Supervise financial software systems and ensure accurate account analysis, account reconciliation, and adherence to compliance standards in all financial transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business development efforts, strategic planning, and new investment opportunities to foster organizational growth.
• Oversee governmental accounting practices for non-profit or public sector entities when applicable, ensuring adherence to specific regulations and reporting standards.

• Profound knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, IAS standards, and ASC 606 revenue recognition principles.
• Expertise in corporate finance, cost accounting, risk management, and fiscal management practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Experience in treasury management—including cash flow analysis, investment oversight, and risk assessment—demonstrating strategic foresight.
• Proficiency in financial software systems for bookkeeping, general ledger accounting, balance sheet reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable processing, and financial statement preparation.
• Excellent leadership capabilities with a proven track record in team supervision and cross-departmental collaboration.
• Ability to perform detailed account analysis while maintaining a big-picture perspective on organizational goals.
• Skilled in regulatory compliance management across governmental or non-profit sectors when relevant.
• Strong understanding of technical accounting concepts such as accrual accounting and revenue recognition under ASC 606.
• Exceptional communication skills for clear financial report writing and interpretation tailored for diverse audiences.
