We are looking to hire our next Finance Manager to add to our growing team in Austin, TX Metro Area (Round Rock). This highly visible role offers the opportunity to partner closely with senior leaders and play a critical role in supporting our Texas operations. As a Finance Manager, you will lead a team of accounting professionals, oversee full-cycle financial operations, and deliver insights that drive informed business decisions.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accountants

Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

Provide coaching and development opportunities

Oversee full-cycle accounting activities including journal entries and monthly close

Ensure accurate and timely financial transactions

Review reconciliations, variance analyses, and financial statements

Prepare financial reports and maintain compliance

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning

Provide financial insights to support decision-making

Partner with stakeholders across the business

Maintain internal controls including SOX/CSOX

Ensure compliance with IFRS and US GAAP

Support internal and external audits

Drive process and system improvements

Collaborate across departments

Oversee invoice processing and cash flow timing

Support and lead special projects

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

CPA preferred
-
Minimum of seven years of progressive accounting experience

Minimum of two years of leadership experience

Experience in large public company environments

Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
-
Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle

Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills

Experience with Adaptive Insights preferred
