Finance Manager

Hays have partnered with an Investmen t Holding Group in Fujairah who are searching for a Finance Manager to join their team.

The role requires a controls-driven, operational Finance Manager with integrated FP&A capability, able to translate financial data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Month-End Close & Balance Sheet Integrity - Consistent delivery of a timely and accurate close, with a fully reconciled balance sheet and no carry-forward of unresolved items.
• End-to-end ownership of inventory sub-ledger integrity, including valuation, costing methodologies (landed and production costing), and variance analysis (shrinkage and wastage).
• Strong control over revenue recognition and sales-to-GL reconciliation, ensuring completeness and accuracy of revenue, combined with effective accounts receivable and collection management (aging, credit control, and cash collection discipline).
• Oversight of SKU-level profitability and rebate/incentive structures, ensuring accurate margin reporting and proper accounting treatment of rebates.
• Management of intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations, ensuring zero aged differences and clean consolidation inputs.
• Preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis driven by key operational KPIs (volume, yield, pricing, and product mix), enabling informed decision-making.
• Ability to enforce closing calendars, SOP adherence, and ERP discipline, driving accountability and consistency across finance and operations.

Requirements to apply:

• You must be an ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent Chartered Accountant
• You will have 10+ years relevant experience in Finance including full ownership of the end-to-end financial control cycle across P2P, Inventory, O2C, and R2R (month-end close).
• FP&A and budgeting/reporting experience is essential.
• Hands-on experience in multi-entity environments, including industry experience in Retail / FMCG / Distribution and Manufacturing / Agriculture.
• Prior experience managing direct reports.
• Integrated ERP system knowledge is key.
