Finance Manager - Al Mirfa

Our client, a renowned entity within the industrial sector, is seeking to appoint an experienced Finance Manager to be based in Al Mirfa, Abu Dhabi.

This role will establish and manage the Finance function and support the organisation in its start-up phase, ensuring governance, compliance, and alignment with shareholders.

Role Requirements:

• The Finance Manager will act as the key financial and business partner within the senior management team, responsible for setting up and leading the finance, procurement, and warehouse functions.
• The role ensures financial excellence, compliance, and strategic alignment with corporate and shareholder objectives to support the plant’s operational and commercial success.
• Work experience in Industrial companies, ideally from the Manufacturing or Renewable sector.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred; MBA is an advantage.
• Must have 8-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, including at least 3 years in a senior management role.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, corporate governance, and internal control systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Must be willing to work and be based in Al Mirfah, Abu Dhabi.
