Finance Manager and Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee all financial activities of our organisation. The ideal candidate will ensure financial compliance with Pakistani regulations, support strategic planning, and provide insightful financial analysis to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local statutory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and monitor annual budgets and forecasts.
• Manage cash flow, banking operations, and optimize working capital.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Withholding Tax) as per FBR regulations.
• Maintain and improve internal control systems and financial policies.
• Coordinate with external/internal auditors and regulatory bodies (SECP, SBP, etc.).
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis, feasibility studies, and financial modeling for business proposals.
• Lead a small finance team and provide guidance on accounting best practices.
