Finance Manager - Arabic Nationality

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of financial and cost accounting, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payables, General Ledger, forecasting, budgeting, and auditing functions.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational objectives.
• Oversee long-term financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team and board.
• Manage the finance department, including accounting, payroll, and auditing functions.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Optimize the organization’s financial performance, including cost control and revenue
• Identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, legal requirements, and corporate governance standards.
• Manage investments and evaluate financial opportunities.
• Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and capital structure.
• Lead fundraising efforts, including securing loans or other financial instruments.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational goals.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Communicate financial results and strategies effectively to stakeholders.
• Office-based, with occasional travel for meetings, conferences, or site visits.
• Manage State Wage Protection System (WPS) compliance and ensure all processes align with legal requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent are highly preferred.
• 10-15 years relevant experience in financial & management accounting, at least 5-7 years in a managerial role.
• Working experience in ESKADENIA is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong leadership abilities and effective communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR18,000.00 - QAR20,000.00 per month
