Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with strong hypermarket / retail industry experience to lead finance operations, inventory controls, budgeting, and financial reporting within our retail business.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing retail finance functions, stock controls, supplier settlements, and high-volume financial operations in a fast-paced hypermarket environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily finance and accounting operations for retail business
  • Oversee inventory accounting, stock valuation, and cost controls
  • Monitor sales reports, margins, shrinkage, and financial performance
  • Handle budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Review financial statements and MIS reports
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
  • Coordinate with auditors, suppliers, management, and operational teams
  • Lead and supervise finance team operations efficiently

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 6–8 years experience in hypermarket / retail finance
  • Strong knowledge of inventory accounting and retail controls
  • Experience handling high-volume retail transactions
  • ERP/accounting software experience required
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, or related field preferred
