Finance Manager (Must have expertise in IFRS 15 and IAS 38)

We are currently looking to hire a Finance Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (onsite)

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Finance General Manager to lead the end-to-end finance function for a growing Saudi-based SME specializing in IT infrastructure projects (IFRS 15 focused) and software products (IAS 38 focused). This critical role reports directly to the CEO and balances hands-on accounting leadership with strategic business partnership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead timely month-end closes, financial reporting, and IFRS-compliant financial statements
• Manage project accounting frameworks (IFRS 15 %-of-completion) for IT infrastructure projects
• Establish capitalization policies (IAS 38) for software product development costs
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions
• Optimize cash flow, working capital, and treasury management
• Ensure compliance with ZATCA, VAT, Zakat, and KSA regulatory requirements
• Build scalable finance processes, controls, and governance frameworks for growth
• Partner with business leaders to monitor performance and drive profitability

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• 8+ years of experience in project-based accounting (IT infrastructure, engineering) and/or software products
• Strong expertise in IFRS, particularly IFRS 15 and IAS 38
• Proven ability to build finance processes from scratch in growing organizations
• Hands-on experience with financial systems (Odoo experience a plus)
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
• SOCPA, IFRS Certification, CPA or CMA preferred
