Job Title: Finance Manager – NVOCC Division

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee all financial operations of our NVOCC Division, including freight forwarding, container leasing, and logistics services. The role involves financial planning, accounting, risk management, cost control, and providing strategic insights to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to support NVOCC operations.

Monitor P&L performance, revenue streams, and operational costs.

Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial compliance.

Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP, tax regulations, and international shipping standards.

Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.

Support pricing, contract negotiations, and investment decisions with financial insights.

Collaborate with operations, sales, and logistics teams to align financial goals with business strategy.

Monitor and manage risks related to currency exchange, credit, and shipping rate fluctuations.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred).

Minimum 5 years of finance experience in shipping, logistics, or NVOCC operations.

Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and compliance.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in container leasing, freight forwarding, or logistics finance.

Exposure to international shipping regulations and contracts.

Strong negotiation and strategic decision-making skills.
