We are currently looking to hire a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (Retail Industry)

Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Job Summary

The FP&A Manager is responsible for leading financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across the retail business. The role supports senior management in making informed strategic and operational decisions through accurate financial insights, performance reporting, and business modeling.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master’s or MBA preferred).
• Professional certification such as CMA, CPA, or ACCA is an advantage.
• Minimum 7.10 years of progressive experience in FP&A or financial analysis roles, preferably within the retail sector.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
