Job Overview

Emirates Talent Solution is seeking a strategic and hands-on Finance Manager for a leading Signage and Outdoor Media Advertising company in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of specific experience in the Signage/Media industry and a total of 10–15 years in financial management. You will be responsible for the full financial health of the organization, from day-to-day accounting to high-level strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and evaluate investment risks/opportunities.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in compliance with UAE standards.
• Operations Management: Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
• Cash Flow & Budgeting: Manage liquidity and develop annual operating budgets, monitoring variances and implementing corrective actions.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely filing of corporate tax returns and VAT in accordance with UAE regulations.
• Leadership: Lead, mentor, and train a team of accountants and bookkeepers.

Requirements (Strictly Evaluated)

• Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Signage and Outdoor Media Advertising is mandatory.
• Total Experience: 10 to 15 years of managerial experience in Accounting and Finance.
• Education: CA, CMA, or ACCA (Qualified or Part-Qualified) is highly preferred.
• Software: Proficiency in SAP, MS Dynamics, or similar ERP platforms.
• Languages: Full professional proficiency in English AND Urdu/Hindi (Required).
• Cultural Fit: Familiarity with the Memon, Gujarati, Bohri, or Rajasthani communities is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Deep understanding of UAE accounting standards and tax laws.
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling capabilities.
• Strong internal control implementation and audit preparation skills.
