Finance officer

• Preparing and analyzing financial reports for individuals and businesses
• Conducting audits to ensure legal compliance and validate financial information
• Advising clients on tax planning and tax issues associated with activities such as business acquisitions and mergers
• Managing financial systems and budgets
• Handling insolvency cases and dealing with bankruptcy
• Assessing financial risks and suggesting preventive measures
• Providing professional advice on financial decisions, including investment opportunities
• Liaising with internal and external auditors
• Ensuring that financial practices are in line with all statutory legislation and regulations
• Communicating financial information to clients and stakeholders.
