Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Finance Officer with a minimum of 3 year of expertise in the Accounting & Finance field to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing financial transactions, reconciliations, cash management, and possess hands-on experience in various financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Transaction Management:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Perform reconciliations of financial data, including daily, monthly, and yearly transactions to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in bank and credit card reconciliations, ensuring that all transactions are properly accounted for, and discrepancies are promptly addressed.
  • Conduct vendor analysis to optimize vendor relationships and expenses.

Invoice Processing:

  • Process invoices efficiently, from initial data entry to obtaining necessary approvals and monitoring timely payments.
  • Address any discrepancies or issues with invoices promptly and professionally.

Financial Dispute Resolution:

  • Act as a point of contact for resolving financial disputes, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial solutions.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

  • Record and maintain accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring that outstanding balances are managed effectively.

Support for Finance Manager and Executives:

  • Assist the Finance Manager and executives with special projects and tasks as required, providing valuable insights and analysis.

Financial Software Proficiency:

  • Utilize accounting and financial software to manage financial data and generate reports.
  • Stay updated on the latest features and enhancements of financial software tools.
