Finance Officer

Job Description

1. Core Reconciliations & Financial Controls

  • Prepare and maintain reconciliations for card sales, identifying discrepancies and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Perform reconciliation for financing transactions and investigate any variances.
  • Conduct RTPAY reconciliations and raise disputes for any inconsistencies.
  • Reconcile Provisional Credit Reversals and take necessary corrective actions to address discrepancies.

2. Transaction Handling & Dispute Management

  • Process refunds for card transactions completed in error by store teams.
  • Review and manage Affirm disputes, taking appropriate action where required.

3. Cash Management & Operations

  • Work closely with the Operations team to ensure accountability for cash shortages.
  • Prepare employee shortage breakdowns and maintain accurate records.
  • Record employee-related losses in the accountability tracker.
  • Oversee the relocation of smart safes and cash logistics.
  • Communicate with cash pickup and automation vendors to resolve operational issues.

Requirement

· Minimum education requirement: Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing an undergraduate degree).

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

· Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.

· At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
