Finance Officer Entry Level

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Finance Officer to join our team at Level3 BOS. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in financial operations while working with U.S.-based clients. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced night shift environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily financial operations, including basic reporting, data entry, and record-keeping
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes by preparing data and reports
• Perform basic financial analysis and help identify trends or discrepancies
• Monitor and update financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Assist in managing cash flow tracking and expense monitoring
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to support ongoing financial tasks and operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Basic understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
