Finance Officer (Night Shift)

Level3 BOS is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our growing team. This role is integral to managing core financial activities, analyzing critical data, and delivering insights that shape high-level business strategies. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, exceptional financial acumen, and a commitment to maintaining accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and preparation of financial reports.
• Perform in-depth financial analyses and present data-driven insights to support informed decision-making across the organization.
• Track and manage cash flow to ensure sustainable financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain financial models to support planning, performance assessments, and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, and all applicable regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Prior experience as a Finance Officer or in a comparable finance role.
• Strong command of financial concepts, reporting standards, and operational finance practices.
• Mandatory proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics AX and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and organizational abilities.
• High level of precision, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines effectively.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
