Finance Officer (Night Shift)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-focused Finance Officer to join our team at Level3 BOS. This role is essential in managing financial operations, analyzing data, and supporting informed business decisions. The ideal candidate is analytical, dependable, and capable of maintaining accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced environment, particularly while working night shifts aligned with U.S. operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Perform in-depth financial analysis and present actionable insights to support strategic planning
• Monitor and control cash flow to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency
• Build and maintain financial models for business planning and performance tracking
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams and support financial operations for U.S.-based clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Proven experience in a Finance Officer or similar role
• Strong understanding of financial management principles and reporting standards
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, reporting tools, and data analysis)
• Familiarity with financial terminology, processes, and best practices
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
