Job description

We are looking for a professional who can uphold high standards of organization and ensure the seamless execution of routine administrative and financial activities within the office.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation, arrangement, and maintenance of all records and files
  • Administer daily financial tasks associated with office operations
  • Coordinate and work collaboratively with colleagues across departments
  • Manage the Chief Executive Officer’s agenda, including appointments, task follow-ups, and daily requirements
  • Review incoming correspondence and provide timely, appropriate email responses

Qualifications

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional communication abilities, both written and spoken
  • Proven capability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining organization and prioritizing effectively
