Job Summary:

As a Finance Specialist at Methode Electronics Egypt, you will play a vital role in supporting the financial health of the organization by managing customer invoicing, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate records. Working within a global manufacturing environment, this role demands precision, collaboration with cross-functional teams (locally and globally), and a strong understanding of industrial customer dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue customer invoices in accordance with contractual agreements and delivery schedules.
• Track and follow up on outstanding receivables in alignment with corporate policies and cash flow targets.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies in coordination with internal departments (sales, logistics, and production).
• Communicate regularly with multinational clients and local customers to facilitate prompt payment.
• Prepare weekly and monthly aging reports and present updates to Finance leadership.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian tax regulations and corporate accounting standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 0-3 years of AR experience, preferably in a multinational or manufacturing environment.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
• Excellent Command in English Written and Spoken.
