Finance Specialist – FP&A and Project Support

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in

the banking or financial services industry

• Proven experience in FP&A, management reporting, and

financial analysis

• Prior involvement in finance system implementations,

automation, or digital transformation projects

• Strong command over Excel, PowerPoint, and knowledge of EPM

tools, Oracle, OFSAA, or similar systems

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder

management skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and project-driven

environment

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to international banking operations
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
