About the Role

As a Specialist within Hilton’s Center of Excellence, you will provide end-to-end support across both RTR (Record To Report) tower. This position offers broad exposure to people and process management within our above-property model, supporting a growing portfolio of hotels.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage end-to-end RTR processes including journal entries, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in all RTR activities
• Collaborate with hotel teams and regional stakeholders to resolve financial queries and support decision-making
• Contribute to internal and external audit processes
• Support digital transformation initiatives by identifying and implementing process improvements
• Deliver high-quality financial data and insights to support business performance.
