Finance & Strategy Analyst

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Governance & MIS

• Review and verify accounting entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with external accountants and auditors to ensure compliance.
• Build and maintain monthly MIS dashboards (sales, expenses, cash flow).
• Identify cost optimizations and improve financial visibility across projects.

2. Strategy & Business Model Evaluation

• Analyze new product verticals and markets for financial feasibility.
• Develop ROI models, payback periods, and breakeven analyses.
• Support in pricing strategy, partner proposals, and investor presentations.

3. Grants, Loans & Funding Programs

• Research government and private funding schemes (TDB, MeitY, SIDBI, Startup India, etc.).
• Prepare initial eligibility assessments and coordinate documentation.
• Track submission timelines, maintain dashboards of progress and outcomes.
• Draft concise financial summaries and narratives for funding proposals.

4. CEO Office Support

• Prepare reports, financial briefs, and insights for decision-making.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure numbers reflect real-time execution.
• Maintain confidentiality and work with precision and accountability.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Education :CA Inter / Semi-qualified CA / CA Finalist / MBA (Finance or Strategy)

Experience: 0–3 years in finance, consulting, audit, or business analysis

Skills :Excel / Sheets, financial modeling, data analysis, presentation, grant research

Traits: Proactive, analytical, clear communicator, eager to learn and grow with leadership

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,760.40 - ₹30,197.14 per month
