Finance Support

Key Responsibilities

§ Provide administrative and analytical support to finance teams.

§ Assist with report preparation, data entry, and reconciliation tasks.

§ Support documentation, filing, and coordination of finance department activities.

§ Support preparations for audit and other related requirements by arranging invoice documentation and schedules.

§ Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the line manager including urgent reporting, data clean-ups, and administrative requests.

§ Handle other ad hoc financial and operational activities as assigned by the department, including any specific one-off projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree - Accounting/Finance
  • ACCA/CPA/CMA or equivalent preferred but not mandatory

Experience

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience of relevant experience.

Core Competencies & Skills

a. Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards.

b. Advanced skills in Excel and experience in Oracle EBS is a plus

c. Language Proficiency – English - Spoken and Written (Proficiency in Arabic / Bilingual is a plus)

d. Prior Experience in a governmental / semi government entity is a plus.
