What would you do? Leveraging deep financial expertise and proven workplans, FTS sets up new or transforms existing or acquired financial management processes, bringing them in line with Accenture standards, enforcing operational excellence & compliance and driving profitability growth. FTS professionals work with Senior Management throughout the firm, across all types of organic and inorganic transactions, across all Geographies. Finance Transition Services (FTS) Senior Manager can expect to work on the following deal profiles: • Organic deals: o Large new contracts in start-up phase o Poorly performing financial contracts with enhanced complexity or risk • Inorganic deals: o Finance integration activities on Ventures and Acquisitions / Divestitures Financial Planning and Analysis, budgeting ,Revenue recognition, US GAAP. Qualification- MBA Finance, CA, CMA Design and implementation of tools and processes which enable the client to perform financial analysis of its statements. Involves the ability to assess materiality and volatility of financial statement line items and key metrics utilizing financial ratios to determine the financial health of the company.
What are we looking for? Finance Transition Services (FTS) Senior Manager can expect to lead work efforts and change management in the following areas: • Individual contract and portfolios of contracts: o Gather and document business case assumptions. Establish workplan considering both Accenture standard requirements as well as contract specifics. o Design and setup appropriate hierarchy structure for contract in Accenture’s ERP o Implement standard Accenture digital financial toolset. o Design and establish project best practice financial processes including roles and responsibilities. o Support and advise deal leadership in negotiations, profitability recovery action plans, reporting to Accenture review boards. o Define ongoing finance support roles and responsibilities and ensure smooth handover and coaching from FTS. •Key Responsibilities Finance Transition Services (FTS) Senior Manager can expect to lead work efforts and change management in the following areas: • Individual contract and portfolios of contracts: o Gather and document business case assumptions. Roles and Responsibilities: o Perform or supervise preparation of program reporting as well as Accenture internal financial accounting processes. o Manage corporate forecasting activities as defined by Accenture as well ad hoc and internal stakeholder management requests. o Execute all global and local statutory, tax, Internal Controls, and US GAAP requirements as described by policy to ensure full compliance. o Provide full management of P&L from revenue to operating income (including non-contract costs) o Ensure balance sheet accountability. • Serve as a leader in the FTS organization: Value Creator, People Developer, & Business Operator: o Develop best practices for FTS and work with FTS and other leadership to continuously improve training, methodologies, tools, and skills. o Set and supervise performance criteria for FTS service delivery teams. o Recruit FTS service delivery team members and train as needed. o Prepare and participate in FTS meetings and training sessions. • •• Strong organizational and analytical skills • Ability to be flexible and work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. • Excellent customer service skills • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills. • Proven ability to supervise junior team members. • Deep knowledge of business, finance and accounting fundamentals including U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) • SAP S4/ Hana experience • Advanced Business English language (written and oral) • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
