Work Timings: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM (Onsite)

Salary Package: PKR 80,000 – 90,000

Position Overview

Arc Inventador Pvt Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Financial Accountant to join our Accounts team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day accounting functions, including financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and supporting month-end closing processes. You will play an essential role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and reporting on the financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Transaction Management: Record and categorize financial transactions, including revenue, expenses, assets, and liabilities.

AP/AR: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing and payments.

Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Reconciliation: Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements regularly.

Compliance: Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

Accounting Software: Maintain and update financial records using accounting software (QuickBooks experience is a plus).

Optimization: Monitor company financial transactions and suggest improvements for cost savings and efficiency.

Strategy: Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities; collaborate with senior staff on monthly closings.

Taxation: Prepare tax reports and assist in tax filing.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience in accounting or finance roles (1–3 years).

Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and knowledge of financial regulations/tax laws.

Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
