Who We Want:

• Licensed Advisors or professionals with proven business development experience and inclination towards sales & prospecting
• Strong natural markets, well-connected/involved in their communities, and able to tap into natural markets for business opportunities
• Entrepreneurial person energized by mentorship & collaboration
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• **Strong preference for local candidates (if non-local, needs to have strong prior experience in business development or strong natural market)

Required Licensure:

• State Insurance License – Florida Life and Health (2-15)
• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) FINRA exam
• FINRA Series 7 & 66 registration
• Or some comparable mix of licensure / ability to obtain

Compensation:

• Supplemental salary + commissions, payouts, bonuses & rewards programs.

Pay: $82,500.00 - $100,000.00 per year
